Eligibility Notice

Courses are restricted to individuals affiliated with organizations on this Agency List.

You are required to complete an eligibility questionnaire during course registration.
 

Registration Process

Please use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox for the registration process. Follow the steps below to register:
 

1. Keep this page open for reference. You may also use this registration guide. You will be directed to other webpages during registration.

2. Select the appropriate course from the course menu at the bottom of this page.

3. Review available course sections by clicking the "Plus Sign (+)" to see course details. Click "Add to Cart" when you decide on a course.

4. In the pop-up box, click "Checkout" to start the registration process. These courses are free, so you will not pay anything when you click "Checkout." 

5. On the new page, click "Checkout" again to continue registration and create your student account.

6. Under "I'm a New Student," enter your work contact information (not your personal information). Then click "Create Account." 

7. On the new page, fill out your student profile (be sure to double-check your information). Once completed, click "Continue Checkout" at the bottom of the page.

8. On the new page, complete the eligibility questionnaire. Once completed, review your information and check the box under "Policy Confirmation." Then click "Continue Checkout" to complete the registration process.

Your enrollment will only be complete when you receive an enrollment receipt by email.

1. These courses are taught in a hybrid format. Each course contains live online sessions that participants are required to attend, as well as self-paced content that participants are required to complete.

2. These courses will use the Zoom video conference platform for live-session classes. If you have not used Zoom, please review the Zoom Technical Requirements.

3. These courses will use the Canvas learning management system for course materials and assignments (including self-paced content). If you have not used Canvas, please review the Canvas Orientation and Web Browser Requirements.

4. Use this Password Reset link to reset your UCLA Extension student account and/or Canvas account.
