Begin or advance your career in real estate by earning UCLA Extension's Real Estate Certificate. This 9-course program arms you with the information and skills needed to successfully invest in real estate properties and real estate focused companies (e.g. REIT's). Typical investments for individuals and families include rental housing, strip shopping centers, office complexes, land for future development, and publicly traded real estate corporations. Students must take the 5 core courses in addition to 2 courses in the field of concentration, 1 elective course, and 1 ethics course. Students are strongly advised to complete MGMT X 475.1 Real Estate Principles (or an equivalent course taken at another institution) before beginning the program. To learn more, click here. - (CF302)
