Brand management involves analyzing all aspects of a brand and then developing a strategic plan to build brand equity. While brand managers are responsible for sales and profitability for their brands, they are also entrusted with building brand equity and value over time. This program focuses on providing students with the fundamental principles of brand management as new products are introduced to the marketplace. Effective brand management is a result of several major factors, among them a strong customer orientation and analytical approach. For more information click here
