What is the NYSE, the Nasdaq, Over the Counter mean and what are their functions? What are the functions of the Federal Reserve, the Treasury and the IRS? How are Tax Preparers, Accountants, Tax Attorneys, and Enrollment Agents different and how do they function? What is the secondary market for loans and how does it operate?
