Deborah Adams Deutsch
Deborah Deutsch has been teaching paralegal studies for over 25 years. She has taught subject areas ranging from Civil Litigation to Contracts, Personal Injury, Evidence and Trial Procedure and was the recipient of UCLA Extension's Distinguished Instructor Award in May, 2013. Deborah was formerly the founder and General Partner of Legal Briefs, an attorney support services organization providing trial support and motion and brief drafting for attorneys, and she has appeared as an expert witness on the subject of the value of paralegal support staff in the law office. Deborah has served on UCLA Extension Paralegal Training Program Advisory Board for over twenty years in addition to authoring curriculum for both the UCLA Extension Paralegal Training Program (PTP) and the UCLA Extension Legal Secretary Training Program (LSTP). She presently instructs live courses for the PTP in both the Westwood and downtown locations and is specially certified to instruct online coursework for UCLA Extension’s Online LSTP.
