Didem Komaromi

Didem “Dee” Komaromi is a CPA, iOS App developer, and world traveler. Her experience encompasses financial and IT related control documentation with a specialization in IT general controls and application controls, including performing audit engagements related to Sarbanes-Oxley 404 compliance, Information Security, HIPAA compliance, PCI compliance, and operational/financial audit engagements for more than 100+ clients over the years.

Primary industries/sectors of focus include: Financial Services, Technology, Information/Communications, Entertainment, Petroleum, Healthcare Institutions, and Consumer Products.

She is a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of CPAs. Didem has received her B.A. in Economics from Istanbul University and her Certificate in Accounting from UCLA Extension.

Prior to her audit consultant career, she worked for accounting and finance capacities for over 10 years both in the USA and Europe.  In addition, she developed an iOS mobile app “Pretty Fit,” which provides easy browsing of fitness videos. The app is ranked in top 100 in 20+ countries with over 160,000 users and acquired by a technology company in Silicon Valley.
