About this course:

This course prepares you to develop and pitch television projects in Spanish, targeting Spanish speaking audiences in the U.S., Latin America, and other international markets. With the global market for Spanish-language content booming, Spanish speaking audiences are hungry for series tailored to their cultural context. You explore formats and genres prevalent in Spanish-language media, from traditional telenovelas to limited series for streaming platforms. Through case studies, practical exercises, and expert-led discussions, participants will develop projects from initial concept to a professional pitch deck. Fluency in Spanish is required.
Prerequisites

Instruction and discussion for this course will be in Spanish. Spanish language proficiency is required.
