This course examines partnerships and joint ventures; installment and consignment sales; receiverships, estates and trusts; and governmental units. International operations, including accounting for transactions with foreign companies, use of foreign exchange contracts to hedge against foreign currency fluctuations, and translation of accounts of foreign subsidiaries and branches also are covered. Transferable for UC credit.

MGMT X 124A Advanced Accounting Theory and Practice or consent of instructor.
