About this course:
This intermediate course takes a detailed look at the various sparkling wines of the world, starting with the most famous region, Champagne. The lesser known regions of France, Europe, the U.S., Australia, and South Africa will be discussed for their contribution to this wine style addressing their uniqueness, quality, and value.
