About this course:
Effective leadership and communication skills and are perhaps the greatest determinants of professional success. Individuals must demonstrate leadership effectiveness, but first, they must determine what kind of leader are they. In this course, specific leadership styles are reviewed and discussed using real-world examples. Also, great leaders are traditionally great communicators. This course will also explore how to present with high impact and personal engagement. Course content will cover leadership styles and their effectiveness, communication, and presentation skills.Contact Us
