Soleil graduated from UCLA with a B.A. in sociology and minor in women’s studies in 2009, earned a M.S. in school counseling with a Pupil Personnel Services Credential from California State University, Long Beach in 2011. She is also a graduate of the UCLA Anderson Riordan MBA Fellows Program (2017) and UCLA Extension’s Fundraising Certificate (2019).
