This course prepares students for product management careers, covering strategic aspects, design tools, product vision, user identification, success metrics, product theory, software frameworks, and the product lifecycle. It includes practical exercises for product discovery and definition.

About this course:
This foundational course prepares students for a career in product management. The lectures within this course will cover an introduction to the strategic side of product management. We will explore common tools for design and analysis, discuss how to form a product vision, determine who will use your product, and define metrics for product success. Students will learn a preliminary introduction to product theory and concepts, software development frameworks, and the product lifecycle.
