This course covers common construction law errors, basic contract and real estate principles in the construction context, contractor licensing and bidding. "Standard" construction industry documents also are examined, including AIA 201 general conditions, breach by owner, breach by contractor, construction claims and damages, warranties and insurance, construction lending and deeds of trust, mechanics' liens, bonds, stop notices, and litigation and arbitration.Contact Us
