About this course:

The content of this (4) four-unit course will provide fundamental knowledge for Infection Prevention Professionals (IPPs) that is required for effective change management; This course will provide foundational knowledge and strategies to assist IPPs with supporting organizational change. The topics covered in this course include understanding human behavior, psychology of change management, factors that influence behaviors, biology of relationships, motives for difficult behaviors, and fundamentals for building influencing skills.
