Alexandra Furgiuele
Alexandra Furgiuele has been working as a college counselor for the last seven years at San Mateo High School in the Bay Area. She is also the President of ALF College Consulting and meets with clients privately.
Alexandra obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology at the University of San Diego and a master's in arts in Educational Psychology. After working as a guidance counselor, she saw the necessity to obtain a certificate of college counseling at the University of California Berkeley Extension program to better help her students in college counseling and planning.
Prior to being a college counselor, Alexandra spent time working at a staffing agency, helping candidates with their resumes, and building their career objectives and goals to find meaningful employment. She is a proud member of WACAC (Western Association for College Admissions Counseling), HECA (Higher Education Consultant Association), and NACAC (National Association for College Admissions Counseling) for professional development and practices a high standard of ethics and professional responsibility.
