Dan is an HRCI & MCLE certified trainer/educator of professional development program courses, e.g. HRM, Paralegal and Paramedics at UCLA Extension, and other specialty courses, e.g. PHR, SPHR, GPHR recertifications, & CEBS designations. He also gained valuable experience teaching graduate and undergraduate degree courses at Chapman/Brandman University and Loyola/Marymount University.

Business background includes practical “real world” experiences, both as an employee and as a consultant, in the design, implementation and administration of deferred comp & benefit programs, HR policies and procedures, and legal compliance projects. His extensive background in HR work environments in large corporate headquarters, e.g. Carnation/Nestle U.S.A. and Blue Cross, has allowed him to successfully lead training programs in public and private industries, e.g. Los Angeles County Employee Retirement Association, Aerospace Corporation, City of Huntington Park

Publications include numerous research articles published in national employment law and professional journals, “White Paper” Series, seminars, and webinars.
