Dona Clark is an accomplished project and program management leader with over 15 years of experience in global technology planning, portfolio management, and enterprise strategy. In her recent role as the Director of Global Technology Planning at Wex, Dona delivered complex projects on time and within budget, leveraging her expertise in schedule and cost management. She managed a $175M annual portfolio and successfully optimized PMO design, leading to improve on-time project delivery and better resource allocation efficiency. Her leadership in integrating AI tools resulted in a 20% reduction in non-value-added activities, while her strategic approach to intake and prioritization processes improved workable technology requests. Dona had also spent over a decade at UnitedHealth Group, where she led high-profile healthcare initiatives, including a $750M project to build a universal insurance processing platform, resulting in multimillion-dollar annual savings. She also managed the Data Management Program, automating and streamlining actuarial calculations to reduce non-value-added tasks. Dona directed a team of approximately 95 individuals, improving employee satisfaction and fostering high-functioning, collaborative teams.

Dona holds an MBA from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota. As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and SAFe 6 Practice Consultant (SPC), she brings a practical, real-world perspective, blending industry best practices with hands-on application.
