Farzana Noorzay is an accomplished data science leader with over 20 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, and artificial intelligence across industries such as healthcare, fintech, and food and beverage. She is passionate about leveraging advanced technologies to solve complex problems and enhance decision-making processes.

Currently serving as Vice President of Data Science and Engineering at Tillster, Farzana oversees a team of data professionals, developing cutting-edge solutions in data architecture, machine learning, and business intelligence. Her work has driven transformative results, such as reducing data warehouse costs by 40% and achieving a 6% revenue increase for key accounts through innovative AI recommender systems. Farzana’s leadership extends beyond her role, as she actively mentors emerging professionals and fosters a culture of innovation and excellence. She also serves as a Board Advisor for Mercy University’s AI Certification Program and B3 Media Solutions, a company specializing in social media brand analytics.
