Tim Sullivan
Tim Sullivan assists companies and governments in maritime leadership, human performance cycle management, maritime operations, crisis management and communications. Rear Admiral Sullivan recently completed a 36 year career with the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) with tremendous afloat and ashore operational experience and since then has been a maritime safety and security consultant assisting both public and private ventures. He served as a key advisor and Principal Federal Official as designated by the Secretary of the Department of Homeland security. RADM Sullivan has outstanding knowledge of maritime transportation issues ranging from strategic planning to domestic and international port security. He supports international maritime capacity building projects and operational assessments as well as actively participating on several boards. Admiral Sullivan is a senior instructor/SME and mentor for the U.S. Departments of State and Defense as well as private industry delivering Maritime Port Security Management, as well as major emergency management training courses/assessments internationally and domestically.
