Todd Weaver

In 1993 Todd D. Weaver founded Synergy Commercial Real Estate, Inc., a boutique firm specializing in investment brokerage. Mr. Weaver was born and raised in Los Angeles and attended the University of California at Santa Barbara where he earned his BA in 1981. Todd is a licensed Real Estate Broker, licensed General Contractor, Certified Property Manager (CPM), and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Todd possesses over 25 years of experience in the business whose background includes developing and repositioning 5,000,000 square feet and successfully completing hundreds of complex commercial lease and sales transactions on behalf of developers, investors, financial institutions, and government agencies. Todd is a Past President of the CCIM Greater Los Angeles Chapter, and an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management and International Council of Shopping Centers. Todd is on faculty at UCLA Extension where he teaches finance and commercial real estate.
