Carrie Frandsen

I am the Enterprise Risk Management program manager for the University of California system where I provide leadership, resources, and guidance to all UC locations on enterprise risk management. My experience in enterprise risk management includes creating and managing the ERM program at UC Santa Barbara. While at UC Santa Barbara, I also led the emergency management and business continuity programs. I have an MBA from UMass Amherst, and an ARM-E from The Institutes. I serve as a member of the U.S. technical advisory group for the ISO 31000 risk management standard.
