About this course:
Why don’t teams succeed? Much has been written on describing the mechanisms behind successful teams. In this seminar we explore two frameworks related to improving team performance. The first is a diagnostic tool that identifies potential problems and offers ways to identify causes for those problems. The second framework focuses on identifying attitudes or the mindset of the team members and provides tips to identify negative and positive mindset for building trust on a team.Corporate Education
