Prerequisites

MGMT X 475.1 Real Estate Principles (or equivalent) and MGMT 891.02 Business Ethics are prerequisites for courses in this program. Students with a current California salesperson/broker license should consult with the certificate advisor to waive the prerequisite requirement.

Optional Internship Course

This course is only available to Commercial Real Estate Certificate students who have completed the required courses with a GPA of 3.0 or better.
