Nagla Orlando

Nagla is the founder of Knowledge Worx 4 College, Inc. and a retired 25-year veteran California credentialed educator in science. In addition to teaching, she has mentored thousands of students in interpersonal growth and leadership skills outside of the classroom through the renowned Boomerang Project LINK Crew Initiative. She built Knowledge Worx 4 College around her passion for helping students gain insight into their innate strengths and talents, helping them discover higher education options while navigating their educational journey. 

Nagla holds an M.Ed. in curriculum and instruction from William Howard Taft University; a California Single Subject Teaching Credential in Science from California State University, Long Beach (CSULB), a BS in health and human sciences from CSULB, and a College Counseling certification from the University of California, San Diego. She is a Certified Education Planner (CEP) from AICEP.

She is also the regional coordinator for the Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA) and the Higher Education Consultants Association (HECA) IEC groups. Nagla also presents regularly at conferences through her professional organizations to stay abreast of the ever-changing college admissions landscape.
