Nicholas Decker

Nicholas Decker is a practicing landscape designer with Gruen Associates. He received a BLA from Utah State University and an MS in Landscape Architecture from The Pennsylvania State University. Nicholas specializes in design of institutional and recreational landscapes, and construction detailing and administration. His projects include the LAX Airport Metro Connector, the Resnick Campus of the Wilshire Boulevard Temple, and the La Brea Tar Pits redesign. His interests also include Geographic Information Systems (GIS) in design, landscape integration with public art, and materials/manufacturing processes. In addition to landscape architecture, Nicholas is a practicing sculptor.
