Pam Walker
Pam has dedicated over 25 years to the financial aid profession. She has worked at private and state colleges with responsibilities that include managing a financial aid office, maintaining compliance of federal and state regulations, reviewing and awarding financial aid to new and returning students, coordinating loan programs, developing a debt management program and counseling students and their families on all aspects of the financial aid process.
Pam earned both her Bachelor of Science degree in business administration (2003) and Master of Education (2005) degree from Endicott College located in Beverly, MA while working full-time as their assistant director of financial aid.
She semi-retired in June 2016 as director of financial aid at Fisher College in Boston, MA. Pam has been teaching EDUC X 414.89: Financial Aid Fundamentals course since 2012.
She is a member of NASFAA (National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators), EASFAA (Eastern Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators), MASFAA (Massachusetts Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators) and NACAC (National Association for College Admission Counseling).
